Do I need to bring a travel cot?
No. We provide a baby cot with bedding free of charge, for babies and toddlers alike. Write it in the booking comments and we will set it up in your room.
Where do I bath the baby?
On request we set up a baby bath, a potty, a toilet seat reducer and a step stool free of charge, with a non-slip mat. You don't need to pack any of them.
Where does the little one sit at breakfast, and what is there to eat?
Buffet breakfast every day from 7 to 10 am, weekends included, with a kids' menu. High chairs and children's tableware are at breakfast, no need to ask in advance.
Do I have to carry the pushchair and the luggage up?
If you come by car, a lift takes you up from the hotel's underground garage. The garage is paid and has 18 spaces, so book your space in advance. And you don't need to bring the baby gear: we set it up on request.
Is there a fridge and a microwave?
The family rooms have a fridge, and there is a microwave in the hotel. Every room has a kettle.
And if the baby gets a fever and we can't come?
You can cancel your booking free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you need anything while you are here, the nearest pharmacy is a 4-minute walk.
